Notes:
From 1911 until 19 March 1969, Cootamundra Girls Home was managed by the Aborigines Protection Board and Aborigines Welfare Board after its establishment in 1940. From 20 March 1969 the Cootamundra Girls Home came under the auspices of the NSW Department of Child Welfare and Social Welfare and also accepted non-Aboriginal children, until its closure in 1974.
