Gordonvale EYC provides playgroups and parenting programs that The Benevolent Society runs a creche for. It also has family support Child health services, such as newborn and child health drop-in clinics and child health nurse appointments all provided by Queensland Health on site. Outreach services were provided to Gordonvale from about 2012 to 2016 when the centre opened. The outreach included a playgroup once a week and the occasional Infant Massage group.
