This institution commenced its operation in 1955 and is part of the North East Flexible Learning Network. The focus is on re-engaging Shepparton's vulnerable young people with education and to support them to participate positively with the Shepparton and wider communities. This institution closed for a short period from 1970 to 1975 due to fire destroying the building - it reopened for services on 15 November 1975.
